How the troubleshooting of your systems works

Fault message

A GREIF-VELOX technician carries out an initial remote diagnosis to identify the problem and assess the extent of the fault.

Remote support

If possible, the problem is resolved immediately via remote support via modem, Ethernet or VPN in order to get the system up and running again quickly.

Mobilization of technical personnel

If remote support is not sufficient, technical personnel are mobilized and dispatched to the customer's site. The technical team carries out a detailed diagnosis of the fault on site to determine the exact cause. Defective components are repaired or replaced. After the repair, the system is extensively tested to ensure that all systems are functioning correctly.
